About Us
2StrokeOilMixingCalculator.com began as a tiny utility for getting premix right—every time. A small mistake in ratio can foul plugs, smoke excessively, or worse, damage a two-stroke engine. We wanted a clean, fast tool that removes guesswork so you can focus on the job, whether it’s a chainsaw, motorcycle, outboard, or trimmer.
What it does
Type how much fuel you’re mixing, pick your ratio (e.g., 50:1, 40:1, 32:1), and instantly see how much oil to add. The interface is designed to be simple on mobile and desktop, with support for US/Metric units and clear labels for gallons/liters—so it works the same in the garage, the shed, or at the dock.
What we care about
- Accuracy first. The math is straightforward and visible. Change volume or ratio and see the oil requirement update instantly.
- Safety in mind. We nudge users to follow their manufacturer’s recommended ratio and to handle fuels responsibly.
- Privacy by default. No account needed for calculations; we keep data use minimal and transparent.
- Speed & clarity. A fast, readable UI that works on mid-range phones and spotty connections.
- Accessibility. Keyboard-friendly inputs, sensible focus states, and legible typography.
Where this is going
- Saved “mix recipes” for your different machines
- Quick-print and shareable mixing cards
- Preset ratio chart and unit conversions
- Dark mode and tighter mobile ergonomics
